All IttsyB products are printed on demand by our fulfilment partner, Gelato, and shipped directly to you. This means your order is made fresh when you place it — please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Estimated delivery times
- United Kingdom — 2–4 business days after production
- Europe — 3–7 business days after production
- USA & Canada — 5–10 business days after production
- Rest of world — 7–14 business days after production
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Delays Occasionally production or delivery may take longer due to high demand, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@ittysyb.com and we'll look into it for you.
