Refund & Returns Policy

Because all IttsyB products are printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each item is made fresh when you order it — this is how we keep waste low and quality high.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it at hello@ittysyb.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund — no need to return the item.

EU customers If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU cooling-off period, unless the item is a custom or personalised product. As all our prints are made to order, they are exempt from this right under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
